The cabin was great, it was 3 stories high, and had 6 bedrooms, and 5-1/2 bathrooms. A huge living room, kitchen, dining room, and bar.
There was tons to do outside from the see-saw to the zip lines. There was two swings on the middle patio, and even a hammock.
Aiden absolutely loved the zip lines, they were his all time favorite. Amiah tried it once, but didn't like it all. Aiden would go all by himself...he is such a dare devil! He did awesome...every time he got off he was get all tense, and say, "Me want to do that again", or "Rock and Roll"! Too funny!
We took all the four wheelers up there which was fun as well. We saw so many deer there just wondering by looking for food. They weren't that scared of humans...my guess is that they get feed pretty well by people up there.
As for the fishing, my kids didn't last long...One..the weather was super cold and windy. Amiah was freezing. Aiden was having bathroom issues...Second...he got stung by a bee while he was going to the bathroom...no fun for him. At least we found out he isn't allergic to them! Here are a few photo's I snapped while we fished with the kids there.
The grown-ups had more luck on the boat then on the shore. We caught a lot and let a lot go. All and all it was tons of fun!
On the way home the road was super curvy, and Amiah ended up getting car sick. She threw up as soon as we got the bottom of the canyon. Then she was fine until we got into the Gorge just out of St. George, and then she threw up all over in the car, so I decided to take over the driving since Jacob was driving like a wild man...then everyone passed out. I am a professional driver! It was a fun ride home for sure...Aiden thought it was fun to dump his Gatorade in his car seat...then he was yelling at us the whole way home, asking us why we gave him such a coldy drink...and he kept screaming...my butt coldy...he was making me laugh the whole time. Amiah slept the rest of the way home, while Aiden sat in his wet car seat.
You got to love kids! They always make life so much more exciting!
